Innovation of the production process in CIPI, s.r.o.
The aim of innovation of manufacturing processes in the aluminium processing division is mainly to accelerate manufacturing processes, leading to the reduction of production costs and growth of productivity, the increase of accuracy and quality of manufactured products, and the reduction of energy intensity of manufacturing process. The main activity of the project is the reduction of technological gap through innovation of aluminium manufacturing processes, with the result of the project, in terms of measurable indicators of the project, being 3 innovated processes – clicking, cutting, squaring, and an increase in employment in supported businesses thanks to 2 new jobs. The innovative processes will be applied to the manufacturing process through 5 procured technologies:

2. Laser cutting center
3. CNC press machine
4., 5. Lifting machine I a II

Innovation of CIPI, s.r.o. production processes through the introduction of intelligent solutions
Project description:
The project is focused on innovation of production processes related to the production of metal structures and elements for ventilation and lighting – skylights as well as noise barriers. The main objective of the project is to fundamentally change the production process of forming and surface treatment through the introduction of intelligent innovations in production. The objective of the project will be fulfilled through the implementation of the activity “Support of intelligent innovations” aimed at the purchase of 5 logical units: Welding robotic workplace, Data centre, Enterprise information system with SMART modules, Automatic powder coating line, Punching profiling equipment.
The success of the project implementation will be monitored through measurable indicators:
