Custom CNC Machining
Thanks to expanded production capacities, CIPI, s.r.o. offers a comprehensive technological partnership in metal processing. Our portfolio covers the entire process—from precision CNC material cutting (laser, plasma, and oxy-fuel) to punching, shearing, and sheet metal bending, as well as coil decoiling. We specialize in steel and aluminum welding, including the final assembly of components, which are dispatched with high-quality finishes from our in-house powder coating facility. At CIPI, we combine technological precision with efficiency, guaranteeing top-tier quality under one roof.
Production of thin-walled bent profiles
Our core product range consists of thin-walled U, L, C, G, and Omega profiles. For thicknesses up to 3 mm, we also offer perforated designs (holes, slots, notches, etc.) in production lengths up to 4,300 mm, and for specific components, up to 8,000 mm.
Roll Forming Line
This line is ideal for the production of long and complex profiles. The process is perfectly suited for high-volume, mass production.
